OUR PHILOSOPHY

Founded in 2013 by Chef Mutlu Şevket Yılmaz, Seasons Restaurant is

a chef-driven restaurant offering a carefully composed tasting menu alongside an à la carte selection.

Guests may also experience the kitchen more closely through the chef’s table, while an extensive wine cellar and an intimate bar complete the evening with thoughtful pairings and classic cocktails. Seasons presents a complete dining experience shaped by precision, balance, and a deep respect for craft.

Guests are welcomed either at the open-kitchen bar or at a privately reserved table, where they can observe the rhythm of the kitchen, follow each stage of preparation, and explore the menu through the chef’s own narrative. Available only by pre-reservation and offered a limited number of times each year, the Chef’s Table is designed for those seeking a deeper, more personal connection to the cuisine and its creator.

At Seasons Restaurant, experiences extend beyond the daily service. Throughout the year, we host a limited selection of curated events designed to offer deeper insight into our cuisine, our wines, and our way of working.

From guided wine tastings and intimate Chef’s Table evenings to seasonal cooking classes and special one-time events, each experience is announced in advance and offered in limited capacity. Guests are invited to explore the details, follow upcoming dates, and pre-reserve their place when available.
